Refund Policy

As all of our products are freshly baked to order, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

We take great care in preparing and packaging every order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, if your order is lost in transit and cannot be delivered, we will provide either a full refund or a replacement order, subject to confirmation from the delivery provider.

If you believe your order has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
