This website is operated by Blissful Bakes. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Blissful Bakes.

2. Orders

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where products are unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or there is an error in pricing or product information.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£).

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our approved payment providers.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM on Thursday for Saturday delivery.

Shipped orders are dispatched on Friday for delivery on Saturday.

Local delivery orders are delivered on Saturday, and delivery time windows will be communicated on Friday evening where possible.

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Product Information

As our products are handmade and baked fresh to order, slight variations in appearance, decoration, size, or colour may occur.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only.

6. Allergens and Dietary Information

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to:

  • Milk

  • Eggs

  • Wheat (Gluten)

  • Soy

  • Nuts

  • Peanuts

While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.

Customers with allergies or dietary requirements should contact us before placing an order.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products and the fact that all items are baked fresh to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Refunds or replacements will only be provided for orders that are confirmed as lost in transit.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blissful Bakes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
